NOVEMBER 17 2012 – 5 Blended Visions – Building Community through the Arts. A gala event organized with 4 other artists to benefit our local theatre’s new building fund. It was held at my loft studio and handing over a check meant mission accomplished. Magnificent turnout and feedback!

AUGUST 25-26 2012 – 14th Annual Port Townsend Studio Tour. This year 37 artist’s studios were open to the public for 2 days. This was my 4th year and enjoyed at least 150 people through my studio.

JULY 6, 2012 – JULY 6 2012 – Toucan Gallery 2505 Montana Avenue, Billings Mt. 59101 Solo show featuring new paintings in conjunction with my second 2-day workshop at the gallery. There were repeat students from last year so that is encouraging!

JUNE 22 & 23 2012 – 2-day workshop at Winslow Art Center on Bainbridge Island. WAC is a unique destination for art classes and art workshops, taught by regionally and nationally recognized instructors and professional artists.

MAY 2012 – I was contacted by Watercolor Artist magazine to contribute an article for their monthly “Creativity Workshop” feature for the August edition. APRIL 12-15 2012 – To Las Vegas to attend the 1st Annual Plein Air painting exposition. It was 3 days of inspiration watching professional artists demonstrate their outdoor painting techniques as well as lectures on marketing that stimulated ideas for the future.
